just watched Freddy v Jason for the first time. so dumb but so good lmao. the frat dudes making fun of Jason when he rocked up took me tf out

 

Hunter is awesome but I'm not sure I need another Carrie remake rn lol. If anything I want an adaptation of Tiffany D. Jackson's spin on it The Weight of Blood. That book is so good

 

Gonna have to really hunker down on my final Gore-Us selections before my friends get into town on Halloween. Still have:

I've been watching so much horror all month, but it's so easy for me to fall into Halloween/F13 rewatches lol

 

Randomly picked Pet Sematary 2 last night. Hadn't seen it since I was a kid and it's like a great bad time. Clancy Brown is amazingly unhinged.

It's definitely worth watch, but it didn't work for me. I think it worked for most others, though.

 

the new Goosebumps series is fun

 

I wouldn't say I love it but I'm interested enough to keep watching. The latest episode is easily my favorite so far.

 

Good but flawed. Definitely a fun watch with some good ideas but real mixed execution.

I loved Cobweb but it’s really, really bad.

 

Anyone have any thoughts on The Last House On the Left (2009)? I’m torn.. it’s done pretty darn well from a craft perspective and the talent is solid, but is it gross to be gross? I can’t tell if it’s gratuitous trash or not.

 

I think I'm getting that confused with House at the End of the Street, which I also haven't watched
