Hate seeing part 3 that low.

I really gotta be honest with myself one day and just admit it's my favorite.

 

It was my favorite on my first series watch through, and I don't know what changed on my second. It could be totally different this year! And that's why I love these movies! It's not like Halloween where the bad ones are so clearly separated from the good ones. F13 is mostly trashy fun through and through.

what the fuck!? not even Halloween??

 

I'm not gonna lie, I think this thread lowered my expectations for Cobweb because I kinda fucking loved it. The tone is a little goofy but also gets really intense, and while the ending is abrupt, I pretty much had a smile on my face for most of the third act. Just really bonkers stuff with great atmosphere and performances and directing. I actually thought it was PG-13 until it got really gory all of the sudden lol

 

Another thing we agree on! Cobweb nailed the atmosphere, tone, and setting while being uncomfortable to watch in a good way. I think it hit way more than it missed.

 

It's definitely the surprise of the year for me. I'll be watching again in October.
