I could see the reveal coming a mile away but that didn’t take anything away from it for me. I loved how sleazy it was and also how zany it got. The Frankie Goes to Hollywood porno sequence was so surreal. I don’t know if i understand DePalma yet but I want to know more haha

That movie and Pearl made Mia Goth one of my favorite “scream queens”. Her performance was crazy.

Mia Goth isn't really a scream queen because she's more often the killer than the victim, but she's the best eating chicken on the hood of a car in a taunting manner queen in cinema history

  12. Would you guys recommend Oldboy? I mean, I've seen it, and I guess it's good, but the twist is just so gross

Watching this '98 gem. A terrible Scream / I Know What You Did Last Summer ripoff.

  14. If I think someone can handle it, I always like to recommend Oldboy. The octopus scene and the hallway fight sequence are classics, the latter of which has a huge influence on action filmmaking to this day.

we've seen the shadow of the axe before Supporter

Remember going to see it in theaters in High School but being disappointed by it. Was probably hoping for a more horrifying experience.

  16. Yeah, it's a bit more of a psychological drama/thriller than an outright horror film

I’ve seen them both! Loved em. Blow Out is my favorite so far from him I think.

Last year around this time we were sharing local Halloween/Spooky TV specials.

    Anyone found anything good lately?

I re-watched that Haunted Indiana and it got me in the mood for more.
