    No regrets

Every jump scare left me with goosebumps that lasted about 30 seconds or more and my eyes and brain had no trouble creating haunting figures in the shadows

the scene on the parents bed will be burned into my consciousness for a long time

Oh yeah, that scene is crazy tense. I’m surprised my watch didn’t give me a high heart rate warning during that one.

Yeah it’s been awhile since I’ve caught myself instinctively covering my eyes during a movie

I had no idea that From Beyond was such a horny movie

  12. So I rewatched all of the Scream movies within the last year, I'm aware of the general twists and motives ine ach, but for people who have seen Scream 6, without spoiling, is there any deep cut knowledge or references I need to know/remember to follow the movie?

Deep cuts, no. Knowledge - yes, but if you watched them all within a year you'll be good

Every time I see someone mention Skinamarink, I feel a need to post that I really need to watch it again. I’m pretty sure it’s one of my favorite horror movies of the past ten years.

  17. Lol, Scream was goofy and fun. Spent a good portion of the movie thinking it might be my favorite since the original. I had more problems with it in the third act, but when I boiled it all down to what I want from a Scream movie, it checks all of the boxes. Not top three, but I will watch as many of these as they want to make.

Yeah it fell off a little at the end for me but still might be my favourite since the original. Not sure.

Did not realize that a fifth Insidious movie was coming out this year being directed by Patrick Wilson

  24. I never got into F13, Halloween, NOES, or Chucky because they're relatively old and from what I hear inconsistently good, but Conjuring and Insidious feel like this major blind spot in modern horror for me. I didn't even know Insidious already had four films

  25. I watched The Crazies (2010) for the first time. Pretty good!
