Has this world stopped asking what it's thinking?

I loved all of those except for #1 lol

  4. The top one just sounds excessively mean-spirited. I don't think I'll be seeing those.

The top one was easily my favorite and one that will never leave my mind. Part of the reason Art is now a permanent part of my arm.

    It’s exactly that, it’s awful — and I don’t mind gratuitous gore/kills.

Knew that she did both Malignant & M3gan but didn’t know about Hell Fest (very fun) or that she was doing Nun 2! Looked up her credits and she also wrote on the first two season of The 100 (when it was incredible) and wrote on AHS: Roanoke (which I think is my favorite season?)

Gonna end up that I see her name and I’m there opening night

My thoughts about it as well

  9. I didn't like Roanoke but I did like Malignant and will very likely like M3gan

Roanoke is one of the only seasons of AHS I’ve watched in full and really liked it. I was shocked when most AHS fans said they didn’t.

    Back From The Dead Prestigious

AHS is one of those things that on paper I would like and yet I’ve never been able to get into that show. The parts I’ve seen of it are cool though so I get it’s appeal.

  12. I think I'd just grown tired of Ryan Murphy. I still adore Asylum and Hotel, though. And Scream Queens.

Renfield looks so bad but I'm absolutely gonna watch it. whoever decided to pair up Cage and Hoult (the two Nicks if you will) in a film with that tone is an insane genius

I didn’t know that Renfield was supposed to be a comedy. I thought we were getting a genuine Bram Stoker adaptation staring Nic Cage/Nicholas Hoult set in modern day New Orleans! Not… whatever the fuck that trailer was.

  18. Two goodies on Shudder as of yesterday, The Wolf of Snow Hollow and Possession (1981). I had seen the former, lots of fun, but the latter...oh my god lol. I've never seen anything like it. Such a potent mix of theater performances and art film and B-movie. Genuinely unsettling and gross and unbelievable. Still not sure how I quite feel about parts of it, but that's a compliment more than anything. I know it was good and off-the-charts bonkers.

Possession is one of the greatest ever made, the subway scene alone qualifies it

I hope Shudder has the uncut version that I have on blu-ray and not the lame edit that cut out all the good stuff that circulated for years

  20. Whatever I watched was 124 minutes (and definitely not lame haha)

  23. It doesn't all quite come together, but it's just such a fun watch. Love the writer/director/star, so charismatic. He has another one (erotic thriller) called The Beta Test on Hulu that I enjoy even more.

Yeah, Jim Cummings did a great job w/Wolf--his character's attitude throughout the entire movie was hilarious
