It’s alright. Very goofy and low budget as expected, but it’s a quick watch so I’d say it’s worth it. I don’t egret it haha

  10. Ugh. I'm so sorry. I hope the movies help, or that you're able to find something cozy to watch so you can save those for when you're in a better mindset. My inbox is open if you ever need to talk!

Yeah, as many have said, Barbarian just came out. The Ruins is awesome. The Witch, The Fly, The Shining, Malignant, The Final Destination and Purge flicks, Misery, The Brood, The Blair Witch Project, Sisters, Gremlins (and Gremlins 2), Beetlejuice, Tusk, Scanners, Cat's Eye, and as @Contender said, a bunch of classics (including Carnival of Souls and most of the OG Godzilla flicks).

edit: re: old horror, I think I watched The Most Dangerous Game on there as well. Cat People has been on my list.

  14. Lol when I'm going through it, I watch Halloween shows/episodes on Food Network. Zero emotional attachment. Just smooth brain.

I’ve been working my way through the early Universal Monster movies and they fucking rock. All movies should be 70 minutes long.

Which ones are your favorite so far? Been wanting to get into them but not sure where to start.

I've been watching in as close to release order as possible so Dracula, Frankenstein, and the Mummy are what I have hit so far. I loved Dracula and Frankenstein. The Mummy is a little slow, but Karloff is awesome. Peacock has a decent selection streaming right now if you wanna dive in.
