Came here to post this. Stoked to watch Inside again, it’s been a long time. Also gonna check out Livid. Martyrs of course, but Frontier(s) is rad too. A great day!

  6. I've never seen Livid, so I'll have to check that one out too.

I watched I Know What You Did Last Summer last night. What a convoluted plot twist. Really frustrating. Started I Still Know... right after. I was surprised at how stacked the cast is. I like the focus on her trauma, but the setup is beyond dumb. Still looking forward to finishing it, if not just to see how Jack Black dies lol.

Frustrating, yes. But I still love it.

I saw that JoBlo just did a review of High Tension a few days ago. Looks wayyyy too early 2000's for me. The twist also feels like something that's been done to death.

The logic goes completely out the window but it’s still a great viewing experience. Especially if you like gore.

Revisited Inside last night and it was just as intense and brutal as I remembered. Some parts didnt hold up as well for me - all of the brief womb sequences kinda started to look corny and i feel like there were way too many but overall, its gory and its bleak turned up.

  17. Pleased to report I finally saw Scream! And it was good! Potentially the best sequel, up there with 2 and 4. (And 3's not too shabby either, honestly such a consistently fun franchise.)

  20. Finally listening to the Scream episode, and now I have two commentaries waiting for me (had to watch Temple of Doom for the first time before I could listen with the commentary. What a time to be alive!

Also finally got to watch Scream and listen to the WGAR episode. Need to see it a dozen more times, but I loved it. Hard to say right now where it fits in my rankings I think right now it's 1-4-5-2-3, but that will probably change next time I watch 2, that cold open is so good. Truly the best horror franchise.

I’ll never forget watching Ghost Ship by myself in the dark when I was 13 years old.

Soho ruled, one of my favourites last year too

I think Scream 5 has the best cold open after the OG, goddamn that was good. waiting on the blu-ray release
