Just started Prom Queen

 

Oh my god, the exploding bodies in Until Dawn are SO sick hahaha. Movie is so nonsensical that it almost makes it better. Pretty sure a version of this released in the 80s would be a cult hit these days

 

Yeah, Until Dawn was supremely stupid in a good way. Writing made no narrative sense, but it was a great little showcase of practical effects and gore. Almost felt like the 2025 version of Spookiest lol (or a Cabin in the Woods prequel). I enjoyed it.

 

Sounds good. I know nothing about the game but I'm gonna check it out.

 

Prom Queen was pretty fun Carriecore. it's nothing amazing but really well made and the lead actress is great. I'd take it over 1666 at the very least lmao

I get what they were going with on Prom Queen, but it was a clear step down from the trilogy.

Until Dawn was a fun time. Sandberg is 2/2 for me with this and Lights Out.

If it was better, I wish it would’ve focused more on the drama in the friend group considering some of the shit that happens and stuff they say to each other. The first night alone had me thinking “holy shit what a terrible friend” lol
