Eh, I'm not an expert on the formats but just from my anecdotal experience, if it's filmed for IMAX and I can see it on an actual IMAX screen, I prefer that. May be dependent on the theater/screen, but every time I watch in Dolby, it just seems like they crank the volume to 11. Still better than a regular screening, and probably what I'll wind up doing, but was hoping to see it in IMAX since it was filmed that way.

 

Rumor has it that they are prepping the theater for a visit from corporate/a possible appearance by Tom Cruise

 

Okay ignore my previous FD joke and revisit that theater when that happens

 

I'd love to but I'm not sure it's being adverised/at least I can't find much info. It seems more like speculation but they've had stuff like that there before so who knows?

Bloodlines was big and dumb and really fun

 

Excited to see Bloodlines, but I’ve been having rough theater anxiety lately. May have to wait for crowds to die down.

..may not be the best choice of words, but you know what I mean.

 

Hunter was great but Cuckoo was another one that was just okay for me

 

Thank fuck they went with theatrical instead of this

 

Bloodlines is definitely top three FD for me, but I'm not sure if it beats 5 or 3 for me yet.

 

I didn’t have the energy to see it this weekend but I honestly might try to go Thursday night or something so I can avoid weekend crowds.

 

Doing the mystery horror movie tonight at regal. Fingers crossed for Bring Her Back. Will report back tonight.

 

The Ugly Stepsister was also fucking wild, up there with Companion as one of the best I've seen this year

i wanna see Bloodlines but 1) i haven't seen the others yet ,and 2) i wanna see Hurry Up Tomorrow 1st bc it'll probably not be in theaters for as long
