I’m surprised they are only at 16 Final Fantasies

 

Okay yeah the new Final Destination was a banger. About everything I could hope for in a modern entry. So much funnier than I was expecting too. Love how it pokes fun at the franchise in clever and endearing ways. Everyone else in my showing loved it and it was a great experience. Loved the Tony Todd scene but it honestly kind of bummed me out.

Yeah, “Final Destination” kicked ass. The whole theater was onboard with it and laughing. Todd scene was a bummer, but I think everyone knew he didn’t have long, so his final lines really hit.

 

I was just looking at showtimes at my theater over the next few days and I saw there’s an AMC Scream Unseen on May 19th. Anyone have an idea what it could be?

welp TIL there's apparently a thematic sequel to the Exorcist directed by Blatty before Exorcist 3 called The Ninth Configuration, I know what I'm watching this weekend

 

Just want to remind everyone that they were teasing The Strangers Chapter 2 news like a month or two ago and nothing came of it. Those last two movies are probably in trouble. Maybe they’ll go right to streaming

 

Yeah we've got a regal mystery movie (horror edition) on the 19th and on the 26th. I'm hopeful that one could be Bring Her Back

 

AMC A List subreddit seems convinced it’s Bring Her Back.

 

Hmm I wonder if I should say screw it and go. That’s if I even actually go. Lol

Yeah I'm currently planning on hitting both dates up at my Regal. Ideal situation and my personal picks would be Bring Her Back and Dangerous Animals.

 

I'd be happy with either, but Bring Her Back seems like its on another level.

 

that's The Ninth Gate. also directed by Polanski, I will not be watching that one anytime soon lol

 

More fucked up than Hereditary? Novelty tooth stuff? Evil movie? We're in for a ride, folks.
