It’s amazing the bond that can emerge among theatergoers. My screening of Saw X got messed up last year and we had like 10 minutes of nothing on the screen, only being able to hear the movie. People were making shadowpuppets on the screen, yelling out what we thought might be happening on screen (very fun for a Saw movie). It was actually a really fun 30 minutes while the theater scrambled to get the projector fixed lol.
We made my girlfriend’s mom watch this the other night during our postponed Christmas celebration (thanks to COVID) and it was even better than my first viewing.
When I saw Insidious the last Key we all immediately knew it was fucking terrible and decided to clown on it together and it was so fun
I saw some shitty Bruce Willis movie with my dad 2 or 3 years ago and the sound cut out for like 5 minutes and I thought my dad’s head was going to explode. He was not happy.
This movie sent me on a Payne kick. Election was really, really good but Citizen Ruth is where it’s at.
