The venue in N.C. is one of my favorite. I’ve seen Fiddlehead and Drug Church there. Excited to go back and it’s only a 20 minute drive.
Like I get opening for bigger bands, but open for bands whose fans might give a shit about your sound. Being out with Turnstile, Knocked Loose, or Blink 182 type shit makes complete sense to me. Being out with one of the worst modern rock bands going is another story. At least Bush has some decent 90s mainstream rock tracks.
Don't disagree at all but they probably took it just as an opportunity to tour Europe and/or have the same management/label
This probably has something to do with the label they are on, Blue Grape, whom, I assume have ties to some of those "bigger bands" and tours.
