I don't get that at all. I find the production to actually be surprisingly crisp and clear. The sounds from the rhythm section especially are top notch.

Different strokes, etc. Putney's mixes were a lot better on the last two releases. Could just be thr shitty laptop speakers I was listening on, but all I heard was distortion and sheet metal snare behind the vocals.
