So I knew that On Broken Wings had reunited and been playing shows off and on for the past 2 years, but I was unaware of their new release. It sucks haha.

 

The new Old Wounds song doesn't suck.

 

Is the makeup their thing or does that have to do with Halloween?

 

IIRC, their frontman has always worn makeup

 

Sounds just like 18 Vision's comeback album.

I dig the song, vocals are cool. Like the Holy Mountain style video

 

I'm not as big into hardcore as I used to be, but man theres something about Turnstile that always gets me excited. The new video is cool, new song is dope. Hopefully that means a new record soonish.

 

I don't even consider Turnstile hardcore really. They're really a Punk band more than anything, but they're not looked at in that light.

 

Turnstile is more hardcore than a lot of bands that get labelled hardcore these days.

 

Yeah, they definitely got that old school hardcore vibe

Turnstile draws a ton of influence from bands like Better than a Thousand and Shelter.

 

Just found out Vein is opening for Glassjaw tonight, so there's that.
