Came to post this. Incendiary on track to having the best hardcore release of the year. 3/3 so far.

 

Since 5th grade on the marching line :)

 

It really bums me out that I’m not feeling any of the new Incendiary tracks. Maybe they’ll be better in the context of the record idk

 

I can play shitty punk beats I taught myself so halfway there

 

If "Every window deserves a brick. Every fucking window GETS A BRICK!!!" doesn't get you, then I don't know what to tell you.

 

Never Ending Game record is out now. I'm enjoying it

 

I love NEG.

 

NEG is great. I know some weren't feeling tank, but I like that song and the record. The Morbid Angel inspired guitar riffs are there. The beatdown parts are there. It seems like they leveled up the melodic parts like with tank. And then there is effectively a new TUI track played by NEG. So it all works for me.

Listened to the new Drain and NEG records on a drive today. Drain is all over the place but in a cool way. Some of the metalcore breakdowns feel out of place but I really like it. Was kinda worried about NEG but honestly it’s sick as well. Even “Tank on E” sounds better in the context of the full record.

 

New NEG ain't for me and I'll just leave it at that.

 

Late on this but gah damn the new Drain record. I gave California Cursed one pass through and it didn't click much but maybe it was wrong time wrong place
