trying to decide if I should go see Cro-Mags tonight

on one hand it's Harley and costs $40 to get in

on the other hand, Ringworm, No/Mas and BRAT are opening and it's in a like a 150 cap room

 

Go see those bands and leave after Ringworm

 

Ringworm is definitely the reason I'd go, but I'd probably stick around if I was already there. I just have to decide if it's worth $40 to see Ringworm.

 

I can’t believe Cro Mags are $40 outside of the NYC area

 

But it’s “official” Cro-Mags, think how special it is to have that prestige attached

Ringworm will be back through within 2 years for half the price. At $40, that's a skip for me.

Snuck in during Ringworm. Show was fun but Harley's stage banter was slightly insufferable.

New Zulu is cool. I was worried that the spoken word elements and samples would take me out of it based on some of the feedback I read before I gave the album a listen, but it's very well done to be honest and puts it above a lot of the other generic shit out there nowadays. The spoken word track is the high point of the album for me.

 

Yeah that into the hip hop single is a great part of the record.

 

New Subliminal Excess. A lot of people are going to like this one.
