I think Fiddlehead, Mindforce, & One Step Closer is the same night. (I might go to that one)

Preparing for my big drop I stumbled upon this record. Members of Bury Your Dead, As the Sun Sets and Dropdead. Imagine if Satisfaction is the Death of Desire was produced properly and add some dissonance to it. Its a beast!

Standout release of the week is this EP from Sydney, Australia.
Solid straightedge hardcore, plain and simple.

I saw Ceremony and SPY on Saturday. It was SPY's first time in Detroit and also a sold out show. Very very fun. Ceremony are still consistently one of my favorite bands to see play.

I wasn’t the biggest fan of the band and felt like SFTP does the RATM/hardcore sound better.

The first EP was decent but I never got into their full releases. Hopefully this means we’ll get some more Pressure Cracks or the unlikely letlive. reunion. Really excited for whatever Stevis does next.

sounds like Fever 333 needs some advil or maybe an iv.

Listen, if you are going to make a bad joke you should at least be accurate. They would need Tylenol and/or Antibiotics! Lol

    Serious response:

So Advil/Ibuprofen technically isn't a fever reducer then despite the fact it's pretty ubiquitously advertised as that and anti-inflammatory/pain relief aid? And I thought hydration was also a part of fever reduction...that's why I've always been told to drink water and/or clear liquids when I've had a fever, right?

  25. Nate_Johnson

    CCRN, MSN Prestigious

Those wouldn't be my first line when going to reduce a fever but yes they do contain some tylenol.
When you are dehydrated your heart rate goes up which in turn causing you to feel warm. Not a true fever reducer.
You are on the right track
But I have to give you a hard time. lol
