I do dig that band a bit though

 

Actually got my GH Hatebreed logo shirt in the other day, it looks very nice

 

15-20 minutes is the optimal hardcore album length imo.

 

i have a take on god's hate but im too scared to share it

 

I have feeling Patrick is going to be underneath Brody in a second

 

Pat being scared to share his opinion on something is shocking. Must be scorching hot.

he is a bad vocalist. he's a great frontman and the story of it is super fun but they'd be a much better band with colin or taylor doing all the vocals.

it's extremely noticeable live too

 

I don’t think that’s the point. They are just having fun.

All of them have other gigs that are far more lucrative.

 

i mean, they're having fun for sure, but with the way they're pushing the band, they definitely are intending it as a serious project, or at least a project to be taken seriously lol

 

I don’t love Brody’s vocals but they are serviceable enough. I’ve seen them live a couple times now and I haven’t found them to be an issue. I do agree that having Colin take on more of the vocal duties has been great for them.

This was posted in the emo thread but should definitely be posted here as well. The band sits in the new wave of melodic hardcore meets emo meets post hardcore. Brings to mind a good mix of Drug Church, Militarie Gun, One Step Closer, Anxious and Higher Power.

They are from Germany and opened for Drug Church in Europe and even have a song with guest vocals from Pat on their last album. I have been spinning it a lot.

i still don't get the appeal

 

Still waiting on that Hyperview follow up I never got

 

I noticed Title Fight still seems to be going strong on streaming. I think they even have more monthly listeners on Spotify than active bands like Touche Amore. Kinda crazy.

 

My take would be that they are bad.

 

This may have something to do with it.

Also, a resurgence in their sound and the numerous bands bringing it back.
