It’s honestly a really good record and doesn’t dip it’s toe into cringe. A lot of fun.

I like that band because they clearly heard the rap track on Obituary’s “Back from the Dear” record, and based their whole sound on that

Still haven't gotten to see Gridiron, top of my list of bands I need to catch ASAP

Ozone house show last night whipped ass.

deepincision (more metalcore-ish/FFO Vein), fromjoy and Dysmorphia also played. Ozone and deepincision are starting to make it outside of Texas from time to time, both bands you should check out if they play near you.

    You gotta see Gridiron play!

Tyler from YOTK is an incredible drummer in that band. Seeing him smash the fuck out of the kit at S&F was nice

Speaking of that dude, I’m getting the sense that he left Year of the Knife? Madi has been doing vocals for them lately

It is confirmed he left the band yes.

Tyler left because of complications with his voice, etc.

Probably after he fucked his body up being addicted to lean and baby food so now he has to stand and sing.

TSSF’s What You Don’t See is one of the best pop punk albums period that said. No, I will not field further questions on that. I also nerded out on that album with Julian Baker almost ten years ago when I went to Murfreesboro, TN to visit my then-GF, who was in the same A/V frat together at MTSU.
