the new Praise album is really really good

 

Post Punk with a little hardcore punk mixed in

 

This record is so over the top ridiculous (including the cover).

 

The NSFW preshow was crazy tonight. Can't even imagine what tomorrow's gonna be like.

Zulu's vocalist sounds nuts live. Candy Apple and Bib were my other favorites.

 

Saw some shit on Twitter about a MAGA dude getting his ass beat by Zulu. We need your scene report.

 

He was the sound guy apparently. He was wearing a MAGA hat and got his ass jumped. I dunno if he instigating something or if he was just wearing the hat, but either way he had it coming. There are some videos popping up that I'll try to post later. I'm exhausted. I booked it to the Cannibal Corpse show post Gulch.

Incendiary played a new song last night (it rocked) and are recording LP4 in two weeks

 

This album came out Friday and is my favorite hardcore record released this year so far.

 

New Be Well track

 

This came out yesterday and absolutely kicks ass.

 

I have seen two of the three Instil shows played and I have to say I like what I see from them. Just realized last night that the singer of Instil is the Buggin drummer and then the two bands also share Peyton on guitar. Chicago has some good new bands but Instil is probably the one I’m most intrigued by. I’d also include Lurk bc even though they have been around for a bit, I feel like they are still very much on the come up.

Speaking of Detroit, noticed this never got posted in here. Going to be very sick. Pre and post- shows are both going to be happening too.

 

Will be attending that.
