Chance AKA the drummer from Gagging Order AKA FUBU dude at FYA is from my local scene (Dallas) and it's super cool to see him going nuts in all the FYA videos/pics.

 

I'm torn between saying FYA looked like a good time and that it probably was hideously irresponsible at a time where COVID cases are at their numerical worst since the start of the pandemic. If I didn't have kids, my perspective could be different, but I can't imagine picking up COVID at a fest right now and something happening with my 2-year old or pregnant wife.

Which is probably why I'm so on the fence on the moment about any shows, United Blood, and Maryland Deathfest despite having tickets for the last two.

 

Fya having the lights on for the entire fest just looked so strange.

Guess someone tested positive for COVID while in Florida for FYA and still attended day one and two and continued stagediving on everyone.
