Is it sad I knew these guys were from Ohio even before checking them out on Bandcamp. That area has a very distinct sound.
I really like everything about this except the vocals. The distortion on her vocals make her sound like a cross between Dani Filth and Mike Ski of Brothers Keeper.
From last year. The Long Island scene has been doing some pretty neat stuff recently between Stand Still, Koyo, this, and others.
They have always had a unique scene. Not ever sticking to traditional hardcore stereotypes: from VOD to The Movielife. Always look forward to music from that area.
