I loved (and still do) DSOB, but this also rips.

In stuff I didn't expect to see this Friday, here's a new demo from dudes who were in Blacklisted including George on vocals.

Really really want to catch one of those AN dates. Don't know if I'll realistically be able to travel for it though.

Speaking of AN, these guys have a similar sound and are out of Italy. Maybe a little dirtier but some definite similarities.

I’m going to take this as a win. He BRIEFLY reviewed KL AND Spy, among others.

That new Knocked Loose ep goes. I always lumped them into boring ass beatdown hardcore. Have I been missing out?

I think it’s easily their best. Much more dynamic songwriting.

Yeah. It's their best full release yet though I like some individual songs from Laugh Tracks and ADSOB more. Like I said in the Knocked Loose thread, I think they'd really stand to benefit with working with a different producer - someone like a Kurt Ballou or Taylor Young to really push them over the edge. But the sky's the limit for them, and if it isn't broke, don't fix it.

KL with Kurt Ballou would be great. As someone who has been pretty "meh" on them, I agree that this new EP is by far the strongest full release. Ballou production would be a really cool step I think.

I have no issues with their journey and evolution towards a more Deathcore oriented sound. I think each album is solid on its own but the new one is by far their best.

This is gnarly. Japanese hardcore punk/Powerviolence. They even throw in an “arf, arf” for good measure.
