that's really cool I have no idea how big they are, but 10 seconds into Difference Between I could tell I was in for something special once I finish obsessing with this one, I'll study the next one so... how big is big?
Counterparts really aren't that big. They have a decently sized fan base that's pretty dedicated, but they're not overly popular.
that's still much bigger than the majority of bands that i'm exposed to regularly, lol. i mean compared to warped tour bands maybe, but they're still big enough to hit pretty decent sized venues and do well
They don't have a huge fan base, but what I do like is that they're known and respected among a lot of great bands.
They're fantastic live. I'm seeing them again in December with 3 bands that I love (Expire, Landscapes and Renounced) and I can't wait.
They really are excellent live I've seen them 3 times. My only gripes are that they don't touch TCWCU anymore except for The Disconnect here and there, and they slow the tempo down on songs like Compass.
Attended Souled Out Fest last night in Poughkeepsie. Was a great time, but I truly do not understand how SFTP get away with being such a huge Rage rip off band. Guitarist even has admitted he used to be in a cover band of them, and their entire sound is lifted straight off of Self-Titled/Evil Empire. Vocalist gives me douche chills, yet the young crowd went nuts for them. Am I that out of touch at 25 that I never realized being unoriginal and corny is widely accepted in the scene now?
Pretty damn good imo. Always loved Trap Them, always thought they were underrated. And broken up? But I guess I was wrong about at least one of those.
kind of a mix of genres but they're pretty prominent in the hardcore scene, what do ya'll think of ho99o9?
i like ho99o9, used to think they were a DG ripoff but i think they've changed it up was thinking today, who's the biggest modern hardcore band going today? i used to think it was converge but now i'm not so sure
