Not sure who's located where, but for everyone in the states, we're pretty spoiled when it comes to having an accessible hardcore/punk scene. Unfortunately, due to the COVID situation, one of the only punk venues in Seoul, SK is going through financial difficulties and risks closing down.

They've put up a compilation of 42 bands for less than 7 bucks to help pay bills. This is a great chance to support a DIY and closeknit scene while discovering some new music in the process. Whole slew of stuff on here too--ranging from hella dirty punk shit to tough guy growly hardcore. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you!

I like the new TT song, but you’re right it’s fine, nothing great.

 

I prefer some of the versions on here than on the split. Especially this one. They are from maybe 15-20 minutes away, from this very suburban planned community. I can see how it breeds rebellion, it’s a very homogeneous area

 

I listened to the first episode of Todd Jones' podcast and I enjoyed it. He talks with the vocalist from Full of Hell. A little bit of a rough start since Todd isn't exactly full of charisma but as it gets going it gets better. I'm gonna keep listening.
