Really in need of attending a gig. I know this current state is a necessity, but I’m in gig withdrawal. I feel like when shows happen again I’m going to be out of mosh and stage dive retirement for a good while.
Recorded in 2000 by Chris Common, this is unreleased music by Audience of the End, a short-lived Chicago hardcore punk band that featured members of Disrotted, Varaha, KungFu Rick, Daylight Robbery, and Spirit Trap. Inspired by His Hero is Gone, From Ashes Rise, Tragedy, Gauze, and many other hardcore bands from the era, Audience of the End blended a wide array of influences into a loud, dynamic, and furious sonic outburst. The music is FREE to download. All donations proceeds will go to NYU Langone Health You can also donate DIRECTLY at nyulangone.org/give/funds/covid-19
Surprise Peace’d Out debut full length today. Record just about ripped my face off, thing is riff city
Of course ETID and PTW would be matched up in the first bracket. It’s actually funny because Poison the Well were on both labels.
There is a Restraining Order set on the new Axe 2 Grind podcast. It's good. It starts with about 20 mins left in the podcast.
Restraining Order is definitely one of my favorite newer bands going. That full length is so good, as are the ep’s.
