who currently on here actually likes hardcore much though haha

weekend nachos last record could be cool

  3. Does Converge count? Because I really like Converge, and a handful of other hardcore bands. It's been pretty cool watching Ghost Key grow from a scrappy local band to get a bit of a foothold in the national hardcore scene too.

One of the few bands that I love everything they put out, I also personally feel that they can do no wrong. Just wish they'd play a show in St. Louis once in a while, they never ever come here.

    Still love hardcore!

Current newer bands I dig right now: Expire, Bent Life, Blistered, Twitching Tongues, Defeater.

Anybody going to the final Bane shows?

I love hardcore, I'll be at the very last Bane show with that SICK lineup (Title Fight, Terror, Modern Life Is War, The Promise, Right Brigade, Cruel Hand, Rude Awakening, plus a "very special guest")

Let's play a game... who is the very special guest?

Some Boston band coming out of retirement. I wouldn't be surprised if that's the case.

    American Nightmare is my guess.

it's weird, i don't know anyone who likes that sort of hardcore or have ever seen anyone talk about it but terror has 500k facebook likes? so weird

I mean, even if the majority of people who post here don't listen to hardcore, it's still worth having a place to talk about it among the people who do.

Listened to Trap Them yesterday for the first time. Dug it.

  16. I haven't been able to make it to any of the Bane farewell tours, which bums me out because their last record is really good.

Totally missed that, I was like getting ready for work and I misread it. My bad, man.

I've seen Terror a handful of times and almost everyone there knows their stuff except for that TSSF tour. If you're listening to 21st century hardcore you've probably listened to Terror.
