Upcoming R-rated live action/puppet film from Brian Henson (Son of Jim)

Trailer just premiered at CinemaCon and is apparently hilarious. Looking forward to this.

Interested. R-rated puppet stuff can be great, eg. Team America, Avenue Q.

It'll probably flop, but I'm here for it.

Idk, everyone is saying it has all qualities of going viral pretty quickly

Online or in front of Deadpool?

I had no idea this movie existed until I just saw the trailer in front of Deadpool 2. I’m definitely going to see it though that was insane.

damn I feel like I've heard about this movie for about 10 years and now it's finally happening but I'm not a big Melissa McCarthy fan so I'm nervous but I'm hoping for the best!

  16. Looks like it could be good or terrible. I'm definitely curious, though.

It'd be great to see Melissa McCarthy be funny/good outside of Paul Feig/SNL

I really hope Stanley is just playing Stanley "I can't believe there are puppets being murdered today on pretzel day"
I couldn't tell from the trailer if it will actually be funny or like Sausage Party just hey isn't this outrageous, plus it's like Avenue Q already exists and that's a pretty high bar

Saw the trailer last night. I laughed and cringed, probably cringed more than laughed. I don't think I'll be seeing this.

Whenever I see Brian Henson’s name I think of that Workaholics episode where they’re trapped in a museum and two puppeteers in raptor costumes start chanting his name
