I was just thinking of getting this. Used to use the Ampeg SCR-DI, which is great, but I've grown bored of its character. The gain on this sounded beautiful and I didn't even get through one demo video. Let us know whatcha think after you get to play with it!
Quick mock up of a when Squier Strat "Jr" meets Chris Shiflett's "The Cleaver". Still gotta drill vol/tone pot holes in the pickgaurd, remove the plastic, and wire everything up. Bought some cheapo block inlay fret markers for fun and they're surprisingly not bad haha. We'll see how long they last. I can totally see myself going all in on a quality custom build like this one day.
sacha posted a beautiful guitar literally a half hour after the email.... so i bought that haha. so stoked. USA Custom Special Run Yeti Black Limba/Walnut
Same. Honestly, if it weren’t for Van Halen and Tom DeLonge’s simple setups I never would have learned how to get different sounds with using my fingers, picking, and using EQ on amps haha.
Beautiful. AND it has a mastery bridge/vibrato! Always a top of the line upgrade for any guitar, really. Those Mastery bridge kits/parts cost more than a lot of guitars! haha
they’re so sick. i was worried they’d be a bit too hot for me but they honestly have more clarity than the gibson HBs in my LP
I finally played around enough to give my thoughts on it. It’s a really fun pedal and the drive is killer. I haven’t found the “sound” I’m looking for yet but I’m still tweaking with this pedal and my amp.
Just picked up a stock/used Classic Vibe 70's Jaguar in Shell Pink for $250. This is my first traditional offset thats not a hardtail and I am stoked about it. Super cool and unique guitar for the money, even at full price. I can't believe it has block inlays and a bone nut haha.
Not at all. That’s next on the list of things I want to learn. As soon as I live somewhere with space to keep a drum set lol
I think it's just the instrument I'm drawn to right now (been appreciating bass more too as I get older) Hopefully you won't be living too close to your neighbors lmao
Being from the same area, it’s great to see Bilt get attention. Great guitars and great people all around.
