Ah I was at that Phoenix show in 2010. Daft Punk came out. Still waiting for them to play a proper show in the area since Ti Amo wasn't even released when they did their Gov Ball set. My guess is they play at Radio City if they return to the area.

 

Day lineups coming soon?

 

Apparently an ad leaked spilling the beans on the day by day lineups. If my memory serves me Friday is Jack White/YYYs/Post Malone, Saturday is Travis Scott/Halsey/Gaslight Anthem/Silk City, and Sunday is Eminem/NERD/Khalid/Chrvches

If I see the ad again I'll paste it here.

 

Really hope Jack White and YYY's don't overlap on Friday.

 

No way does that happen. It'll be YYYs leading into Jack on the mainstage.

I'm considering getting a day ticket just to see those two.

If a combination of Manchester Orchestra, Menzingers, Japandroids, Brockhampton, Alvvays and 3EB somehow end up on Saturday as well I'm thinking about maybe doing it. I wish I knew more of Gaslights touring schedule but I need to visit NYC anyway and if I do this one day I have two days to visit people and sight see

Also possibly Gaslight aftershow?

 

i don't think you need to rush for tickets, saturday is also definitely the least appealing of all of the days to the general public as well, can't imagine tickets selling out/price going up

i'm going just for gaslight since i live a few hours away. if they play by 5 or 6 and i can haul home and sleep in my bed that night it'd be

obv if menz, manorc, japandroids play same day i'll adjust those plans. particularly for japandroids.

 

Travis & Gaslight in the same day would be unreal

 

I got bad news if you're excited for both Travis and Gaslight....they're probably gonna be playing at the same time.

 

Well then I'm not going haha. I'd choose Gaslight since I've seen Travis but I doubt I'll end up at Gov Ball. There's too many options across the country that weekend

 

there is no way* gaslight will be playing across from the headliner that night. travis will prob go on at like, 9:30 and gaslight will play at like 8

On the plus side if Eminem and N.E.R.D close out Sun at least I get to leave early that day. Ball-breaking walking across that fucking bridge 3 straight days.

 

I wouldn't be opposed to go to this if Manchester, Menzingers, Brockhampton and Third Eye Blind all happen to be on Saturday.

 

Just curious, who else do you think could play the Honda stage during Travis? Gaslight seemed like the only act that has a totally different fanbase and could still draw a good amount of people.

 

I would assume Halsey would be closing one of the stages.
