Every episode of season 2 just surprised and amazed me. I'm at a loss as to why it's not recognized for more awards.
I feel vindicated in this because at their Comic Con panel he introduces himself "I'm Marc Evan Jackson. I play Shawn. I say this so you know I'm not Clark Gregg."
I've never been so excited for a new season of a show because I have absolutely no clue what will happen.
We know they're brought back to life and will interact on Earth somehow. Otherwise, yeah, totally no clue, how involved will Michael and Janet be, how long will they last having "normal" episodes until the plot kicks in again and something happens? There were only a handful of episodes like that last season before stuff started changing again. Will this be a shift meant to last for a while or will it wrap up again at the end of the season? I really think Eleanor passing her test last season meant a lot, I think there is a lot of room for growth in that character and its frustrating to see them constantly have their minds erased. Also I hope my theory that only Eleanor needed ethics training comes into play, the other character flaws are interesting and I'd like to see addressed more specifically. Chidi actually not being sure of a choice in the one reality where he and Eleanor slept together also seems like a big moment that will come back into play. These four having complimentary flaws that can be addressed when being with each other is some powerful character stuff and I definitely want to see it explored more in different contexts. I have no idea how they're going to do anything and for how long though. What a good show.
