I’m woefully underexposed to a lot of stuff currently airing, especially on premium channels, but I can only come up with a handful of stuff I would rank ahead of this. You’re The Worst and Sunny come to mind. Schur just gets me.
The last one, you think you're having fun discussions with your pals but you're actually yelling at each other
This next season is going to be wild. Great idea for where to take the show from here. Also, yeah, like Craig said that Blake Bortles cameo needs to happen next season. My dream is that in Jason's journey of self-improvement he winds up working for the Jaguars in some capacity, like as Bortles' personal b-boy mentor or something.
Managed to avoid spoilers all day at work (thank god) and just watch the finale. Some great moments in the episode. I’m not sure how I feel about the outcome yet but I trust the writers and I’m looking forward to where S3 goes.
Wait hold up, I just got all caught up last night.....is season 2 over? Damn if so I'm bummed, but those last 3 episodes were a great way to end a season. EDIT: Ah damnit I'm not all caught up, the last one I watched was "The Burrito." I was reading an article about the season finale and realized halfway through they were talking about shit I didn't remember seeing....kinda spoiled the finale for myself haha but I'm looking forward to watching it tonight!
So.. didn't Michael want to try to get into the good place too? Where's his test? Or is the judge secretly already giving the test and he just failed it by meddling? Hmm.. Also, I consider The Good Place to be the best comedy on television right now. Always Sunny would beat it if the last couple seasons weren't as weak as they have been.
Oh definitely not, the Family Fight gameshow episode was amazing And I still do enjoy always sunny, it just hasn't felt as strong lately
that season is arguably the best of the show, family fight, charlie work (the show's highest quality work imo), the gang misses the boat, boggs...amazing.
Oh shit, I totally forgot Charlie Work and Boggs were in that season, too. Charlie Work is my absolute favorite.
I think his test is tied to everyone elses. If they succeed, it will prove that this demon discovered a real flaw in the system, and he'll probably get a job in the real good place
Michael at the bar seemed the least like a demon he's ever been, did they really change him this quickly? Can he actually change?
But when he first met Eleanor he said he was speaking French and that the place just translated it for her. If he COULD speak English then it would be pretty weird to talk to her in French. Then again maybe he was just being sarcastic and it was a joke. I mean since he's in the bad place he's obviously a real jerk! It's mysterious writing like that which makes everyone universally agree that The Good Place the greatest piece of art in the history of lineal time.
