If I'm just thinking of premises that can sustain a season, the judge rules against them, but they escape and enter into the actual Good Place. So now they're undercover in the real Good Place, with a messed up Janet and a demon. Also now that we've been to the bad place, and know everything else was the bad place, I want to see the good place, and noting that the judge is between the two feels like a Chekov's Gun of sorts.
i have a feeling they're gonna get to the good place but it's just kinda lame, maybe they leave to do a bunch of coke with mindy lol
I don't know how long this could go on, it is really is built out of the suspense and twists and location changes, maybe 3 seasons is it. I do want the finale to end with them in Janet's void, just hanging out in a vague purgatory space together.
it turns out everything is a simulation I don't know I'll trust Schur to work his magic I just know they can't just be in The Bad Place but we don't want to see our friends get tortured, okay maybe Tahani a little sometimes
Maybe Michael and the demons are still fucking with them all along. I dont think I'd like that outcome because I love Michael as a friend to them, but just a thought
We know too much about Michael for them to do another twist like that, or for the human characters to be involved in some torture against Michael unknown to him. It would defy the logic of the universe and ruin the previous episodes retroactively, where the Michael reveal strengthened them.
I agree, it's not an outcome I want by any means, but the possibility has always lingered in my head since the season 1 reveal. He is a demon, after all.
Eh, now with the Jags officially out, go pats! As if I remotely care about football at all anyways xD
Was Nick Offerman the voice of the monster Michael ran into? Or was it just someone who sounds like him...
it's either this or start Bloodline and I don't think I can see Kyle Chandler as anything but Coach Taylor you really junked your jeans butterface in the words of one of my actual friends you basic, it's a devastating insult on earth you're devastated we need to cheat off Chidi, oh that's why your name is Chidi my name is super boring Jen, it's short for Hydrogen the only thing that was in existence when I was formed of course Blue Ivy and North West are Tahani's friends, Prince Harry Prince WIlliam and Prince a lot of those details I chose from Stephen King novels and episodes of Pretty Little Liars fair is the stupidest word humans ever invented besides staycation Quvenzhané Wallis and Stephen Hawking in the same room discussing me, I guess they made up I shagged a Floridian, I even ate a Cheeto, chewing it was deafening and it was the happiest I've ever been since you like humans so much I'll torture you like once, all you have for entertainment is this stack of New Yorker magazines, I'll never read those, I know they'll just stack up forever Kantian, what would Superman do, what would Rihanna do it took you 82 minutes to choose a hat, did I choose the right one, there's no right on it's a hat you basically told me an all knowing judge to shut up do you now how insane that is
Fantastic episode, I'm so invested in this story Ending was kind of weird though, I almost feel like the last few seconds were supposed to be the beginning of the next one
Jeeze, after all those flashbacks of Eleanor being such a terrible person in S1, who would've thought that she'd be the only one to be able to go to the good place?
Well because her actual problem was ethics, she was taught, and bought in, and became a better person because of it. Chidi's problem was his indecision destroying his life and relationships, which no one has helped him with, same with Tahani's vanity and Jason's negative impulses.
