Kills me but I have to go with Great Expectations

 

Very tough decision, but Great Expectations.

 

I don't fully understand how this works overall - but Mae. Great Expectations is an absolute masterpiece of a song, and it's definitely one of their best songs ever, but I think Mae might be their best song.

very happy that, with the exception of a few, IMO the bands truly greatest songs have made it through. Backseat, Blue Jeans, Expectations are all soundly in my top 10, maybe all in my top 5.

Don't really enjoy these matchups. I'll abstain this round since it doesn't really change the landscape. I don't love the Backseat the way most Gaslight fans do and I don't think any of the songs on Sink or Senor are among their best (not saying I don't like them because I really do). I'll pick it up again in the next group.
