Fallon say anything about the state of this band lately?

 

Not that I’ve seen. He’s been in meetings about his second solo LP and it’s being mastered right now. I’d think he spends 2018 touring on that and gaslight starts writing in 2019, new record in 2020.

 

I’m starting to think they’re done.

The fact that Benny and Alex have toured with Fallon does not bode well for Gaslight's future.

In this day and age I'm not sure anyone is ever really done until they're dead, and even then... 2017 alone has brought us such albums as Chuck Berry's first in 38 years, L7's first in 18 years, Ryan Adams' 16th in 17 years and American Football's first in 17 years.

 

I’d be heartbroken if they were done for good.

 

I think if we don’t hear anything by the end of 2018, it’s safe to say they’re done.

I'm holding on to hope that they'll do a 10 year tour for The '59 Sound but otherwise I could see that. Fallon's got his thing going and it's really successful. Alex R. tours with him. Benny's got lther side-projects plus the Going off Track podcasts and Alex L. has his barber shop. Would it be too far-fetched to think we might get another Horrible Crowes record?

 

Brian Fallon is the Horrible Crowes. The Crowes were a Gaslight side-project, that's all. Perkins and Rosamillia are both in Fallon's band. No need for the Crowes now.
