Bummed he’s not coming to Boston

 

loving what i'm hearing so far. so ready to pre-order the LP.

 

My hype for this was pretty low and then these songs completly blew my head off. Man, I didn't realize how bad I wanted some new Brian Fallon until this.

Both songs are very good but better before is really really good.

 

I wouldn’t bat an eye if these were gaslight songs.

 

The HELLO HELLO part reminds me of Little Fires and the rest of the song has some 80’s vibe I can’t place but I almost want to say Don Henley in parts. That may be wrong.

 

It feels like Brian doing his version of a Brandon Flowers solo album and I can’t describe how fucking great that combo sounds but that’s how these feel

 

Glad he’s doing some solo shows!

His solo stuff has always reminded me of Bryan Adams

 

What I’d give for a Brandon/Brian solo tour

 

I hope he gets Cat Popper on bass for his touring band this time around (harmonies for days), although the bassist he had during Sleepwalkers touring cycle was really really good too.

 

That Molly And The Zombies band with her was short lived sadly it seemed

 

All four of his solo shows sold out, but he says there are a lot more dates coming.

Awesome combination, love seeing Donovan's name pop up with other artists I love.

 

Donovan Woods, also one of my top 5 favorite songwriters.
