I was pretty indifferent about Positive Charge when it first dropped, but man that thing grew on me like crazy! I don’t know if it’s the weather getting nicer or what, but that chorus has been in my head for days!

They sounded excellent last night. Queen of Lower Chelsea as an opener was unexpected.

 

That actually sounds like it would be a really cool opener.

 

I have such a soft spot for when they were opening with Mae. I love their insistence on opening with a slower tempo song lol

Now that the sparkle of a new TGA song has kinda worn off, I don't find myself coming back to Positive Charge all that much. Feels kind of like a b-side, though the melody of "how I've missed you, how I've missed you" is pretty undeniable. Anyone else?

 

I personally still listen to the song frequently and I love the hell out of it. Kinda came out at the right time for me

 

I love Positive Charge, and seeing it live this week made me love it even more.

opening the set with queen of lower chelsea was a curveball choice lol

 

sounded really solid last night. heavy tracks felt full and the quiet moments really resonated. first time at The Paramount as well, very nice theater.
