It’s really annoying to get the “Hold tight! Tickets are about to be available!” message with a spinning wheel, and then just opening another browser and seeing that they are in fact already available.

I have tried incognito mode, switching browsers, using the app instead and just absolutely nothing will work.

 

I'm having the same issues with Ticketmaster right now. Something's up on their end. I was on the site ~15 minutes early and waiting. Sat tight and held as instructed... Then it kicked me out and the timer started again for some reason?

So I refreshed. But from that point on it's given me a 502 or 504 error regardless of the browser or computer. The app is doing the same thing. I get to the checkout and get an error.

Beyond frustrating.

 

This is giving me great confidence for the top of the hour.

Finally got through. There seemed to be pretty consistent issues across a number of different on-sales... Hopefully it got resolved for folks in other time zones!
