I am thoroughly confused at this point.

 

Again, exactly why I read stuff like it and have real reservations if running a forum is something I feel is a good use of my time. I didn't say it was novel, or new, I said how it makes me feel to read, knowing I created the place it exists

 

i really don’t think it’s a hot take. As I said TGA is my favorite band ever. It’s not a slight at them. I really think CY would be a great opener and would blow the roof off. You can just hear the youth and passion and desire in their last album and TGA is a veteran act now. CY is still in their Sink Or Swim, piss and vinegar youth phase. Is what I’m trying to say.

I also found CY through these forums and am very grateful for that.

 

Cold years has put out multiple EPs and is on their third full length. A little past Sink or swim.

yeah I’m fully aware of where they are in their career. They have 6000 followers on Instagram and have never been to the US and don’t even have their own website last I checked. My point was not that it’s their first album. They have fire in their belly. They are a young band who hasn’t had any success yet and that comes through in their music to me. Just my opinion.
