I love the theory that Howl is a Thunder Road sequel.

 

I remember Brian saying in an interview around 2013 that Brendan O’Brien was “their guy” moving forward, so I was always a little curious what happened between then and Get Hurt. Have to wonder what he would’ve done with that album.

Been spinning this a lot and it might be my favorite TGA album. I feel like I have a new favorite song each time I listen.

Finally got around to this. This is so good. Really hits hard walking around in the park. Perfect fall album.

When I first listened to this, I wasn’t too keen on the opening to Spider Bites. But by the time that chorus hit, I knew I’d really enjoy this.

 

I love Spider Bites.
