I love the "Get Hurt" b-sides more than the standard songs

 

I kind of wish the album cover was the photo from the postcard with Great Expectations and Born to Run on it.

Great fuckin song. Very 59 sound in writing style (not production/amp choice).

 

So glad Bruce actually gets a prominent feature on this as opposed to being basically wasted on that one Bleachers song he featured on lol, what the fuck even was that

Gaslight finally did it.

Love this one as well! Since its only 10 tracks I'm hoping I'll contain myself to only these two.

I think the same conversations regarding the vocal mix are still going to be present, but like Positive Charge, after a couple listens I probably won't even think about it.

This album is shaping up to feel like a follow up to Handwritten and I'm here for it.

 

Song sounds fantastic. I couldn't care less about Bruce being in it or not, but I enjoy his part. Has a great old school Gaslight sound/vibe.

 

I didn’t notice anything about the vocals, but rather the ultra fuzzy old school distorted guitar

 

I also didn't really notice anything off on Positive Charge until everyone started mentioning it. This feels the same. I'm also not the one to give a good mix/production analysis lol

(also doesn't help my first listen was through car speakers and not headphones)

 

Big difference here is he actually gets a verse but yeah I was misremembering lol, don't mind me

 

11 years ago TGA released Handwritten. Perfect timing.

My god the last minute of this song almost has me in tears. I love this band so much
