this is a bummer if true... I always figured it was down to the songs & music and the guys talked it out amongst themselves or something like that

I don't really have a good understanding of what band management even does though to be honest

 

First and foremost what they do primarily is manage the band

 

I suppose that makes sense given their title, but I've also worked a lot of jobs where managers don't actually do anything so
