I tried, but her muscles and bones were too strong from all the calcium and protein in the cottage cheese.
Two childhood meals that my mom used to cook come to mind. My mom used to make rice, peppers and cut up hot dogs in tomato sauce and it was really fucking good. Also, I was never a fan of stuffed peppers so my mom’s way of making them was just putting essentially rice meatballs and diced up peppers in a crock pot filled with tomato sauce and I would mix it all together with mashed potatoes. It would literally look like throw up but it was so good. I’d kill for either one of those meals right now.
As a kid I used to mix Sunny D and whatever diet cola we had in the house, usually Diet Rite (lol). It turned a fucked up shade of brown, and I can only imagine, tasted horrible.
I am looking at the menu for this Greek spot and they have something called Athenian Spaghetti, which is spaghetti with gyro meat and feta...ahhh I dunno.
That sounds bomb. I'd eat it. I just had that Greek lasagna-type dish Pastitsio and it was really good. Does it have like a regular red sauce, because then maybe not?
Yeah tomato sauce with gyro meat , feta onions, and peppers. I actually like Pastitsio a lot. This just sounded like regular ass spaghetti with lamb meat.
Their Greek nachos are good as hell though. Nachos with Pita instead of tortilla chips, gyro meat, nacho cheese, feta, tzatziki, onions, peppers, ect.
Yeah if it was like spaghetti with the sweetish tomato sauce (as opposed to italian red sauce) they use in Pastitio, ground or grilled lamb (as opposed to the processed packaged Gyro meat Greek spots usually use), Feta, Tzatziki, with Pita bread on the side that could work.
