If you're in a pinch, sour cream is a perfect replacement for milk in Mac and Cheese, sometimes I add it just for fun. My best friend used to put a honey bun on his school chicken sandwiches.
He's by all accounts a weird idiot, but sometimes has some good ideas. We've made Cheez-It nachos and steak sandwiches with bacon-wrapped filet mignon and peanut butter and jelly as drunk/stoned snacks before.
