Yea even if all those bands play 1 song, you are talking two hours. Also they are most likely pre-recorded performances by them. So I just don’t see how TFB play more than 45-60 minutes. My guess is it will be like the Twitch shows but they either keep cutting to other bands in between their songs or they just cut back to have them introduce other bands. I’m gonna pass on it.
I had already bought a ticket, but now I'm a bit disappointed. Was just going to watch TFB, I hope it's not a huge mix.
I want to watch Chris Farren’s set (and a few other openers but mainly his set) but if the openers only get one song it’s not worth it, but I did see on twitter one of the bands record labels refer to the bands appearance as a “set” so maybe they are all getting full sets.
How could they get a set? It would go on all night. Haha. I think it will be a mix because of the way they said no headliners. Maybe it will get some of those bands some new fans. I’m just too old to stay up past 10pm.
That and ETID is streaming their set from last year at 9pm. I hope this can be watched tomorrow as well, I'll have to double check. Might just watch tomorrow and skip everything that isn't TFB.
It’s great, it’s going to be really long though lol almost an hour in and only two of the 18 guests have played so far. And with TFB already 9 songs in, I’m assuming this will be a very long set
Love to hear Kevin had the same experience as me listening to the Beers live for the first time not knowing TFB
Good times but I’m old and will have to watch the rest tomorrow. Excited to check out more of Sincere Engineer
All the other artists had pre-recorded videos that played. A video would play after 2-4 TFB songs. Each other artist played 2-3 songs. I I think TFB portion was pre- recorded as well. Anyone that stuck it out did they do Maps or The Beers later on? Kevin Devine played the two songs off the Devinyl split (Just Stay and a cover of Rhode Island) and Cotton Crush w/ the chorus of The Beers in it like the version on his one live album.
