EBY is my least favourite on the album. The album as a whole hasn't stuck with me that well, not listening to it so much these days, although going to see them in hamburg on monday week, so probably should start again
Summer Shandy came around for me hard. It's definitely one of their worst songs but I love it for some reason Peach, Swear To God, Santa Monica, Peach, Everything I Own and Hooped Earrings are the TFB songs I could do without
Peace Sign is one of the few songs on this album that made any impact on me. tbh I had forgotten the album existed until this bump.
Thanks, I'm sure I will! Menzingers and Pup on the Saturday night and then TFB + Smith Street on Monday, both at Knust... and then just Pup by themselves on Thursday in Barcelona (where I live)
Santa Monica is probably my least favorite song by them. Summer Shandy would probably be my second least favorite. Ginger & 2YL would probably be in bottom 5. Honestly, I'm not high on You Used to Say either. At all.
I understand saying Santa Monica, Peach, and Swear to God are some of their weaker songs, but the other half of the front half more than makes up for it so this is going way too far.
Love Au Revoir, Skeleton and Twin Size Everything I Own is just forgettable to me, I don't even know what it sounds like now
You confuse me sometimes (jk I just really love those first two) Agreed that Twin Sized is their best.
I love most TFB songs unconditionally but I would say the two I don’t care for are Peach and Everyone But You.
I don't even agree per say, but I'm liking it just because I love to see EBY love. I don't know why everyone hates on it. But I genuinely love every song on here so
Oh christ what happened in here??? Santa Monica is great. EBY is not very good. Talon is still a good album. This album is also good
TFB isn't really a college radio act tho. college radio is more LCD/angel olsen/st vincent etc NACC 200 Radio Chart | #1 This Week: Fever Ray
Self Titled and Talon of the Hawk are much better than Back on Top and Going Grey. I enjoyed the last two albums, but they weren't special to me the way the first two albums are.
