So excited to see this tomorrow night; now that I'm fully accustomed to the quirkiness of a WA film, I feel I'm ready for whatever is thrown my way
Just the theatre; eventually it'll be on Disney+, as Disney owns Searchlight Pictures, who's distributing the film
This was....a Wes Anderson film, hahaha. Hard to critique it, knowing he has such a unique style for all his films. A few of the stories were more interesting than the others; the last one with Jeffrey Wright was hard to follow, but Timmy's story was interesting to follow. Nice soundtrack I want to hear more of
Excited for this, hope it comes to streaming relatively quickly Watched the grand Budapest hotel tonight. Such a great movie. Might be my fav of his.
Guess I'm gonna have to wait another week for this. Thought Dallas would have gotten it today and even next week it looks like it's a pretty limited release.
Sucks the soundtrack doesn't contain any of the nice French tracks heard in the film; instead every track is pretty much a derivative of each other
Need to see it again. Possibly Wes’ most incredible work visually, but I found myself pretty lost more than once narratively.
