Driving in from Ohio to the Chicago show and staying at a relatives house in Naperville. Should I even attempt to park near the venue or just buck up and pay for the expensive Uber/Lyft? I can't even imagine that fare.
I usually park in the Children's Memorial Hospital garage. It's a couple blocks from the venue and pretty standard parking rates (not exorbitantly expensive, at least).
got placed in the queue immediately, once I got through no tickets were available now refreshing the tickets just come up as unavailable
Ticket was in my cart for the 2nd night in NYC and as I was proceeding to checkout it suddenly brought me back to the event page. Sold out now. Fuck.
Yeah remember tickets get released from carts periodically I’d keep refreshing until it is clear they are all gone
also the website is clearly broken bc it keeps saying day-of tickets sold out, which is temporally impossible
i hope they see the interest and add more shows in bigger venues. i'd rather them play a bigger room and charge a little more than go through this
I don't know if I should try for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Sunday will be the "easiest" as no tickets have been sold for that show and it's on a Sunday but...I'd rather go Friday/Saturday.
Agree on Children's Hospital, and there's also another garage I've used with Spot Hero. Street parking is not impossible there either, so you should be ok to drive.
