I think I'm gonna fly there Friday, fly home Saturday. Eyeing a really cheap round trip flight that I might just pounce on

Southwest, I would pay in points (10k), but I think it's like $160 or so. Or I might fly out of Santa Ana for 16k points. Not sure yet

 

Had Live at the Mayan Theater on last night, and my husband says "Oh that's the band that just reunited you want to see."
I told him how I can't go to the NYC shows and that they are only playing in Chicago and Phoenix.
He just shrugged and says "So... go to one of those?" and now I'm back on the 'maybe I'll try and get a ticket' train for tomorrow.

 

The layout is terrible IMO.

 

My advice for those looking to purchase tix for Chicago Friday - use the Eventbrite app. I had the eventbrite app open on one phone, safari opened on the other, and chrome opened on desktop. App is the only one the got me through instantly without issue.

I disagree. For starters, the main bar is in a separate room from the actual music venue so there's less clutter. Secondly, you can see from just about anywhere, especially if you're on the ramp (and you aren't in front of the pillars). When shows are sold out there it never feels like it's sold out to me, meaning I never feel like I'm packed in there.

Glad more people will be able to go, but this does not decrease my stress level about getting tickets one bit.

Now I feel like Sunday will be the easiest to grab a ticket to but it's also my least favorite day if I had to choose of the three, so...hmm

Glad this will make it a little bit easier on everyone. If it wasn’t cheaper to fly back on Saturday I think I’d stick around for the second Arizona show.


Also what else is there to do in Phoenix?? Need to fill out my day on Friday and Saturday morning.

 

Wish they announced all shows at once, would have certainly preferred a Sat ticket so I don't have to skip work Friday, but whatevvvverrrrrr

 

lots of hiking options (greater phx and sedona is a quick day drive) and plenty of great restaurants and bars around phx/arcadia/scottsdale. april weather is great as well so i would recommend exploring as much as possible! if you want any tips on where to stay holler.

 

Went a little crazy here but just typed this up. Lots of great stuff not mentioned but didn’t wanna put anyone too far from the venue.

 

Y’all are amazing. Is the area around the venue ok? Looks like there’s a couple of cheaper places to stay a few blocks away.
