Something's happening tomorrow and although it's probably just vinyl it still made me want a thread. I'd love it so much if these guys made another album.
While I'd love it to be something more than vinyl, I'd also be ecstatic to finally have Interventions and Lullabies. Missed out on both variants of that last time around.
at least Sam has mentioned that he's open to doing shows in the future, and potentially making music. I don't blame Nate for not really wanting to re-visit the band yet, but I hope at some point he does.
Can't decide if I should pick up the EPs or not. I know I wouldn't listen to them a ton, but I feel like any support for the Format makes an eventual reunion just a tiny bit more likely.
I still want a download for "Swans," I have the single but I never play it. I have a vinyl rip that I downloaded from somewhere at one point, but it's not the same. Maybe this round will come with digital downloads
a while ago my friend put a snapchat video on his story of a wedding where the first dance was to snails and I'm tearing up just thinking about it rn
I was going to put another editors note in there about that little factoid basically negating everything he said earlier about it not being discussed, but I didn't want to go too overboard with the ed. notes and I'm just glad I got him to open up about it a bit. IT was a good chat for sure.
I think my idea should be how they do it. Or the park in the middle of Arizona idea he brought up. I like the spontaneity of that.
I just want a festival with all their friends, etc The Format, fun., Nate Ruess, Sam Means, Bleachers, Steel Train, Limbeck, Hellogoodbye, The Honorary Title, Ruebens Accomplice Is that so much to ask?!?!??!?!
